How it worksCredit is spent automatically on your next booking, and it does not expire. If you would rather have the money back, email us and we will sort it out with you.
Open the session page and press Report a problem. Nothing is paid to the tutor until we have looked at it.
My sessionsEvery listed tutor passed an ID check, a subject test and a tech check before students could see them.
How vetting worksEarnings build up per completed session. Withdraw any time you have 500 birr or more, and the money reaches your Telebirr or bank account within two working days.
